I consider @zettlr@fosstodon.org the ‘Zotero’ of word processors. They use a Markdown approach in combination with Pandoc/LaTeX for document exporting. Comparable to Obsidian but optimized for academic writing. Integrates with @zotero@fosstodon.org. Check em out!
